Description:
The client wanted to have an online product to provide the easiest way for students to plan, organize and book awesome travel and entertainment experiences. They was having development challenges due to the talent shortage in US and they wanted to find a good software outsourcing partners in Asia to fill the resource need.
Technical Solution:
- An Offshore Development Center with 5 members was established with 4 strong technical members and one good product owner that could help both business side and development side. Scrum process was applied and team helped to release product quickly to the market and collected earlier feedback from clients.
- Technologies used: Ruby On Rails, Java Scripts, Angular JS, Bootstraps, PostgresSQL.
