Matt Quinlan is a seasoned technology professional with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is a former senior executive with Visa, where he served as Global CTO, Global CISO, and Regional CIO (Asia Pacific). In these roles, he was responsible for leading the company’s global technology strategy and architecture, as well as its information security and compliance programs. He is also a strong advocate for innovation and has a proven track record of delivering results. In his most recent role as Board Director with Singapore’s Govtech, Matt chaired the Technical Advisory Committee. In this role, he was responsible for providing strategic guidance to the government on its technology transformation initiatives. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New South Wales.

Eric Smith is a seasoned business risk management professional with over 25 years of experience primarily in the financial services industry. He is a former executive with Visa where he served as Global Head of Internal Audit, Regional (Asia Pacific) Head of Information Security, and Regional (Asia Pacific) Ethics & Compliance Officer. Eric is a highly accomplished risk manager with a deep understanding of the financial services industry and is a strong advocate for risk-based thinking. Eric was a Senior Manager with KPMG’s Electronic Commerce and Information Security practice (San Francisco and Silicon Valley) and held various technology/advisory roles with Bank of America and Promontory Financial Group Australasia (now an IBM company). Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in business information and computer systems from San Francisco State University.

Chor Ghee has 25+ years of experience in business, corporate, and consultancy, having also worked for more than a decade in Vietnam, firmly believing Vietnam to be an excellent outsourcing and investment destination. A member of CPA Australia, he holds several postgraduate degrees in business administration, international relations, and e-commerce. He is a prolific speaker on cross-border investment and frequently appears at regional conferences and workshops.

Lee Mun-Young is a distinguished technology and investment leader with over 30 years of experience in the industry. He has held prominent positions, including Chairman of ECRUX Venture Partners, a venture company supported by the Korean government, and Regional Chairman of DMX Technologies Asia, where he oversaw network integration across the region. His extensive expertise in business planning and strategic growth, combined with his commitment to innovation, makes him a valuable asset to IMT Solutions’ advisory board, where he contributes to the company’s continued success and technological advancement.
