Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders across the country to gather and analyze requirements, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure successful solution delivery.
– Collaborate with business stakeholders nationwide to understand their needs, goals, and operational challenges.
– Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications for technical teams.
– Partner with technology teams to design and deliver solutions that align with business needs and organizational strategy.
– Evaluate solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and technological capabilities.
– Identify and develop new business opportunities through emerging market segments, existing client relationships, and renewal strategies.
– Act as a key liaison between business units and IT, ensuring smooth communication and shared understanding.
– Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
– Advocate for best practices in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design to enhance usability and user satisfaction.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
– Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a total of 8+ years of professional experience.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present, demo, and review solutions with clients.
– Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
– Experience working in cross-functional teams in agile and/or traditional environments.
– Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a strong advantage.
