Senior Flutter Developer Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join our team. In this role, you will:
– Develop and maintain Android applications based on provided design specifications and requirements.
– Collaborate closely with the testing team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
– Provide post-deployment support, including bug fixes and performance enhancements.
– Lead the technical aspects of the team by making key technology selections, conducting code reviews, mentoring team members, and ensuring project milestones are met.
– Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader.
Requirements Technical Skills:
– Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
– Proven experience migrating applications from Kotlin/Swift to Flutter.
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
– Proficiency in Flutter & Dart, with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
– Strong hands-on experience in Android app development.
– Familiarity with Android SDK and Android Studio.
– Experience working with RESTful APIs.
– Excellent debugging skills and a strong understanding of quality assurance processes.
– Fluent in spoken and written English to communicate directly with clients.
Soft Skills:
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
– Proactive and strong problem-solving skills.
– Capable of working effectively under tight deadlines.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate in a team environment.
– Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
