Job description
– Work with client/team leader to clarify requirements as needed.
– Participate in designing, developing, and implementing the software’s back-end and front-end.
– Create and perform unit tests and troubleshoot the software.
– Participate in design/code reviews.
– Improving the team’s productivity through introducing best practices, and new technologies and guiding the team to apply them in their daily work.
– Establishing & maintaining technical relationships with the team and client technical professionals.
– Being able to review source code and break tasks for team members is a plus.
– Mentor junior developers.
– Other tasks assigned by the team leader.

Job requirements:
Technical:
– Have at least 4 years of experience in C#/.Net/ASP.Net, WebAPI.
– Experienced in Entity Framework and LINQ, SQL, Blazor or Razor, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS33, Git.
– Knowledge about designing patterns.
– Experienced in Azure Services and Azure DevOps would be a plus.
– Experienced develop application using AI/LLM would be a plus.
– Having experience working with either Angular or Reacts is a plus.

Non-technical:
– Willingness and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile development environment.
– Proactive and good at problem-solving.
– Be able to work under deadline pressure.
– Proactive in work.
– Good written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
– Able to communicate effectively in English and communicate complex technical issues to clients.
