The client is a fast growing Singaporean company who is one of the leading mobile solution providers in Singapore hospitality industry. The mobile solution supports the e-ordering application in the restaurant outlets or online which improve the cross-selling and up-selling revenue for the outlets.

  • Description:

    The client had challenges in setting up software development team in Singapore to build the product. The founder team are the experts in sales and marketing. They were looking for strategic IT partner to realize their product concepts so that they only needs to focus on sales & marketing and customer management.

  • Technical Solution:

    • Implement end-to-end product based on the business requirements provided by the client. The scope of work including building a server component, various client applications running on iOS and Android platforms, manage 3rd party payment systems like PayPal, deploy and maintain the system running on the cloud platform of Amazon (Amazon EC2, S3…).
    • Test automation was used to reduce testing time and effort.

    A team of 10 members was established to work closely with the client using agile scrum methodology to implement the product concepts from the client and achieve the tight time-to-market target.
