Our client, a leading automotive company, faced significant challenges. They had previously worked with an outsourcing company, but it ended up costing them more than they saved. Over time, as our partner learned to trust us, our team of two expanded to thirty, and we began to manage the full cycle of development, including the BA, architecture, and testing phases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
