He is a former senior executive with Visa, where he served as Global CTO, Global CISO, and Regional CIO (Asia Pacific). In these roles, he was responsible for leading the company&#8217;s global technology strategy and architecture, as well as its information security and compliance programs. He is also a strong advocate for innovation and has a proven track record of delivering results.  In his most recent role as Board Director with Singapore&#8217;s Govtech, Matt chaired the Technical Advisory Committee. In this role, he was responsible for providing strategic guidance to the government on its technology transformation initiatives.
