To fully cover their lifecycle, they needed an Auditing platform as the final service to clients. They attempted to build the Auditing software three times, but all failed. The failures were due to the software&#8217;s inflexibility in coping with ever-changing requirements. These requirements came not only from clients but also from government policies on medical treatment and behaviors. To comply with State and Federal regulations, the Audit software must be adaptable.
