The Agile Manifesto is generally forgotten about in discussions of adopting Agile. But it is the key component in a successful adoption. Because your company can adopt a daily standup, a demo, user stories and all the other accoutrements, but if the philosophy is not part of the process, you are just doing mini-waterfall. If you do not accept this philosophy as part of your skill set, then your contribution as a tester will fall far short of your potential.
